Almost every student knows the feeling when he/she understands that it is time to find your first real job and begin to be a breadwinner by yourself. It can be full- or part-time work, anyway, it is a great step on the way toward an entrance into an adult life. Underway to your plans, the main challenge to face is to cope with time management and organize the life in the way it will suit you, and not the other way around. On one hand, there is an opinion that university should teach how to learn. University should give a student general skills that will help them find needed information and perceive critically everything they hear or see. On the other hand, knowledge gained at the university should be useful and the person should understand why they need it and how this knowledge can be used in life. The idea which we may call an idea of studying for yourself has lower popularity within many societies.

I am sure that everybody who is now studying or studied can name the funniest or the most interesting teacher in the university. Exactly these people can make us attend their lectures just because they are “cool.” And under this word I mean that these tutors are the outstanding individuals that should better do another job where they could fully open and apply their talents. That is why after a long discussion and a good deal of laugh, my colleagues and I, highlighted the most extraordinary types of teachers that we met during our study in college.

Being somehow favored always flatters vanity of every individual. Unwittingly, we all had such desire looking at the “teacher’s pets” whom was given a preferable treatment to. It is connected with a deep wish to be not like others and realize that you have the special skills or abilities which point out you as a person among others. But there is a reverse of the medal that is a “chilly climate” in a social group. In this way, it is of a high importance to identify acceptable frames for the teacher’s pet phenomenon and the situations where there is a need to deal with its negative results, especially when it goes about university or college environment.

At all times, the humans as social beings had to be able to live together amicably. However, we all are unique creatures with nonrepeatable set of personal characteristics. Thus, it implies every individual reacts differently on the same life situation. In that regard, it is no wonder that for someone living in the dormitory with neighbors seems as absolute hell, when for another one the perspective to share the room with a neighbor appears only in the bright light of future benefits. In this manner, we would like to help those who is concerned with a future common living in dormitory.
